We’re grateful as ever to St Mawes Sailing Club for their superb organisation of the Percuil Regatta in August, which raised £2,400 for RYST.
Perfect wind and weather resulted in a great turnout of 42 boats. Thank you to everyone who donated prizes for the wonderful raffle and thanks to Ian and Linda Webb of Percuil Boatyard for having us again.
Equally meticulous organisation went into the barbecue, salads and teas, which many competitors said were the icing on the cake.
Huge thanks to Hawkins Motor Group for sponsoring them and to Jo Hawkins for her time and effort making them.
And thank you Rodda’s for your accompanying donation of clotted cream and jam, making everything even more special.
