Sailing to save our seas

The adventure of a lifetime beckons for 10 14-year-olds at Brannel School, who are hoping to embark on a 32-day, 1500-mile voyage to Scotland with Morvargh Sailing Project in April.

The Aspire Scotland and Celtic Nations project will undertake research for Plymouth University’s International Marine Litter Research Unit, a leading organization in the fight against ocean plastic pollution.

The young people and their families have done an amazing job at raising the necessary funds, and RYST is supporting them with a grant.

But they’re still short of their target. Please help them with a donation at https://www.gofundme.com/f/sailing-to-save-our-seas-youth-ocean-research-expedition

Every donation, no matter how small, brings them one step closer to setting sail and making a real difference in the fight against ocean plastic pollution.
