Acclaimed local artist Yvonne Fuller has kindly donated two beautiful paintings to raise money for the Trust. There’s still time to snap them up, but you’ll have to be quick.
The watercolours, which are scenes of St Mawes Sailing Club’s Junior Sail Training Race Week 2021, have been on display in the Waterside Gallery, St Mawes for sale by sealed bid, with offers invited in excess of £500 per painting or £900 for both.
But there’s a twist: after determining the highest bid/s, there will be a further auction to invite new offers, the aim being to raise as much as possible in support of our programmes.
You can view the paintings at the Sailing Club and submit your bid to the Waterside Gallery. Or you can join us at the prize-giving ceremony on Friday 23 August at 6pm and take part in the auction. Or both!
Either way you’ll be helping a new generation of children and young people in Cornwall experience the joy of sailing, building attitudes and skills that will help them throughout their lives.
